Freestyle Motocross

Saturday 7:30PM -
The FMX Tour landed in Memphis for an incredible night of high-flyin Freestyle Motocross southern-fried style. Before we get to the FMX action, a special thanks to Toyota! During qualifying Cody Powell, of Oklahoma went down for a concrete sample by over jumping the landing…a tough break, he was fine just a little disappointed. Casey Higgins, along with Greg Hartman, Jason Rowe and “The Wacker” Justin Nowak were the four top qualifiers. In the main event Higgins busted out big and remained in the Hot Seat, while Greg Hartman, sponsored by Team Faith, and Jason Rowe of Chicago, tried…but were denied! The final competitor was Justin Nowack who pulled a backflip, one-handed backflip, and backflip to nac-nac and won over the loud crowd at the Fed-Ex Forum as well as the judges to take home the win.

Also, the entire staff needs to be recognized as the show went flawlessly. Thanks to extreme moto trials rider, Keith Wineland, who wowed the crowd, along with Jennifer “The Cannon Lady” Schneider. Finally, congrats to Chris Taylor and Cody Powell for winning the Teams FMX competition. Until next time keep it on two wheels unless you are flyin high!
